Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated Delivery: 3–6 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
4–8 business days total
(1–2 business days processing + 3–6 business days shipping)
Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Split Shipments
To ensure safe packaging and faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in separate packages.
If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional re-shipping fees may apply.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact our support team and we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
